Wow, I actually REALLY liked this chapter. My favorite part was pages 22-29. It was just so heart-wrenching watching Kotori give up everything for her precious friend/lover. I'm just glad the love was enough to pass without having a proper confession.

I'm so excited to see this back, but also, apparently it got axed at volume 3 in the time since the last chapter

I'm usually a big proponent of shorter manga, but given that this just had it's act 1 finale half way into volume two, I severely doubt this is what the mangaka wanted. I can only hope that they managed to take the axe even somewhat gracefully.
