If the snakes really had such a fast reproduction and reinforcement cycle that is 10000 times as fast as the humanity's, then humanity would have long since been overrun by the snakes.
Also just like humans the snakes would also need to have enough resources to feed and supply their troops.
So with that amount of snakes they would either largely starve to death or the world would have been tunred into a wasteland by them by now...
You really gotta love it when authors try to use giant numbers to make their MC or the MC'S faction (humanity in this case) look incredible to still be able to fight back against such an enemy.
