I'm a bit confused by what had just happened.
Like, what was the point of that multiverse in the end if she could just have her normal life back like that?

Other than that, thanks for finally completing this manga.

The ghost/goddess girl lied to her. She originally planned to possess her after her time ran out, then kill herself in the now vacant body so she could finally pass on. But changed her mind at the last second because of what MC said to her as her soul was floating away.

I don’t think you have a grasp on anything. This story is about a deal with a devil. Tsurara let Shiho live because she did something the demon didn’t do in her life that moved her: show gratitude for seeing her love one last time. Tsurara ALWAYS had the power to make this ending happen, but she wanted to trick someone like her past self. Without that catharsis, dying wouldn’t be satisfying.

Besides, it’s not like there is some time limit. There is always another person to prey on, and that “goddess” has all the time in the world…

Finally, someone with reading comprehension and critical thinking.

If you look at ch 4 again, she was wearing a winter uniform at the start, and so were the guys, but now in this uniform they aren't.
I guess that means that the demon was able to undo him dying after all, and for whatever reason she decided to put Kiyose in her body months after they started dating, or this is a 3rd parallel universe where she was their childhood friend AND she's dating Nogata, but wouldn't her body have a problem again?

Unfortunately there's not more detail so only the author knows for sure, maybe he wrote a note somewhere explaining it
