Because this is just the first book in the 4-volume series. The scanlation team stopped because it was already licensed in English.

Ahh, the same happened to me when I first read this lol. But I picked it up again because I like the cover of volume 4, which I found on Mangaupddates. This scanlation, though much more accurate than licensed book, sometimes is ambiguous because the scanlator tried to follow sentence break in the original book. You should definitely give this book a try some time in the future. You can find the licensed stuff somewhere on the internet 😉
