I think that's pretty much what will happen. at least for 2 of the chifs. When she shaid she wanted to help Kyouka I thought she would do something else. This is going to backfire. Bell voting for Ren was a given. I think in the end it will be a draw between Ren and Kyouka and they will decide it with a match between the two. I think that will be the fight mentioned at the end of this chapter.

I don't think anyone actually expects her to win. Ren will keep her position, underestimate the enemy, get Gojo'ed and everything will go to shit becuase of it. She's been bragging "i can take on all the gods" for quite a while now so its obvious that she will get her shit kicked in eventually in order to get humbled. Kyouka will get the seat naturally at the end of it all.

Real twist would be if none of these things actually happened.
