Yes, it was just filler. We've known about Yuuki having some sort of special ability/power because of the 'gods' inside him for a while now, this isn't new information that this chapter just suddenly revealed to us.

Like, this story has had plenty of filler/setup chapters in the past, it's nothing new.

I can't see Yuuki actually sleeping with one of the girls being something that happens off-screen. As you said, some of the rewards have been borderline hentai (especially those in the extra chapters), so I don't see why they'd suddenly shy away from Yuuki losing his virginity.

Nah, it confirms something very important that we've only suspected so far, namely that the gods sneaking into him is actually affecting him in some way beyond mentally. "His inside world has grown" doesn't really tell us much but this being a shonen manga it's like a 99% chance of a powerup.

Dude, we’ve known that Yuuki has had some sort of special power/ability basically since Kuusetsu first showed up inside him, we didn’t need ‘confirmation’ of that. Unless you’re dumb as a rock, you should have picked up that that these ‘gods’ all appearing inside Yuuki was doing something to him a long time ago. This chapter revealed literally nothing new that you wouldn’t know if you were even paying half attention.

So yes, once again, this chapter was just filler to show us some ecchi, that’s literally nothing new to this series.
