Not gonna lie, that was pretty anit-climatic. His true form was beaten in 1 chapter... off panel. We didn't even see her struggle to pull his life essence out. She just yanked it no problem.

This was boring.

They already revealed how it was going to happen before this fight even started, though? Yuuki's form with Bell is chameleon-mode, which gives incredibly strong stealth factor to him and his rider(s), and with that they snuck up on the big harpy that had consumed the other two and became uber-sized and powerful, and just yoinked its essence out, same as here. There isn't a struggle involved, she just touches it and pulls it out, easy as that. It's what makes her so damn dangerous, with her personality and physical skillset acting as the barrier to exploiting it to extreme levels.

Yeah. The moment we saw what the Commander is capable of, I already thought that there was no way that Kyouka could match her. While Kyouka is certainly far stronger than the average person, heck I'd even say she's probably one of the strongest humans in terms of raw physical strength (especially when she releases her mental restraints), which is impressive when considering that her strength doesn't come from the peach; unfortunately that strength greatly falls short in comparison to some of the chiefs god-like abilities as well as the might of the literal gods.

Sadly, Yuuki doesn't really help Kyouka's shortcomings (at least not in his base slave form) outside of transportation, since Yuuki only offers a similar level of strength. Sure against hordes of nameless monsters, Kyouka and Yuuki can plow through without issue, but against foes with noticable defense and/or unique abilities, the two of them are pretty helpless unless they have substantial backup (at least 1 chief). We've seen this in this battle (They were aided by their squad as well as 2 other chiefs), the battle with Kuusetsu (They were aided by 3 chief level allies), as well as when Rairen first attacked them (Tenka handled Rairen).

So hopefully after this event, Kyouka and Yuuki start exploring more of their ability, such as using the chain as a weapon (something that they did do during training), Yuuki utilizing some of abilities that he gained when others have ridden him (probably to a lesser effect), and/or even Yuuki using some of the abilities of the gods that he absorbed.

I'm expecting it to eventually end with Yuuki pulling a Ryu from Breath of Fire and merging his dragon genes slave forms into his base form and become ungodly powerful, including the one that forms a suit of armor around his rider, which will then super-boost Kyouka; it might even revolve around the whole "absorbing the slave form into sword and then releasing it" concept, where she actually invites him into her body and they fuse, rather than just Yuuki's forms fusing. Plus we already know that Yuuki's Slave Form can ignore orders from the Commander, and that not even the Commander can escape the cause and effect of the Reward Time even when doubling up her power nullification mode, which means that definitively Kyouka's power is of a superior tier to the Commander's.

When Kuusetsu was trying to have sex with Yuuki she made him ingest a piece of her god's essence which is what led her to manifest in his inner world after she died, for there she made it easier for the other gods to appear so long as Yuuki consumes a piece of them.
