Tenka seems to be avoiding Lending, especially after learning/seeing how dangerous the Lending form of the Supreme Commander was, and how bad it recoiled Yuuki.
Compared to all the Commander's so far, Ren's & Tenka's power are the most dangerous in terms of raw output, and since Ren's was hard on Yuuki, Tenka probably fears hers would also be dangerous for him (especially since her powers are related to Space, which could be lethal even with one mistake).

I don't think anyone was that shocked though, except Himari (because she didn't understand the meaning), Mira (because she is too pure minded), and Ren (because her own ability failed to counter it).

Konomi, Bell, Yakumo & Fubuki didn't get shocked about the reward.

Probably not. Simply turning Yuukey into a slave doesn’t cause Kyouka to give a reward, otherwise she would have had to do so in all the other times she had lent him to someone.
It’s only when you ride Yuukey, and have held his chains, that you will have to give a reward. This means it will only be Varvara that gives the reward, so it won’t be a threesome.

Really hope that we get some Lending action from the regular members of the other Squads.
Even atleast the Vice Commanders would be sufficient (as it would cover even Prachi, who is the VC of 8th).
