They dont plan on "winning" against the Defense Corps. they plan on eradicating humankind and she simply have no abilities to prevent that, she is strong in battle but that is it, she have no abilities to protect others and she is too arrogant (likely due to her own strength) to not see that a enemy might simply ignore her as she thinks any move from the Gods part involves defeating her first.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that part - like what good it would be if she would be the only one to remain as the last MDF and human in the world?

To be honest, Ren needs someone to give her a reality check. Being strong does not mean you are invincible to anyone or anything. Also, if a single organization relies too much on a single person and if that person is incapacitated or worse dead then the entire foundation will collapse and will create a domino effect that will doom the entire organization or even a country. Just look at JJK when Gojo was sealed away.
