I really hope that Ren loses I mean she's so full of herself, & the fact that she's not going all out against kyouka is already proving kyouka point all she's doing is just flirting with her strength. Ren can't overpower the gods like she thinks, the only reason why they ran away was because they didn't have time to deal with her, Kyouka & the other chiefs that went up against them had a hard time beating them but they were able to beat them because they went all out, she can't even be 100% sure if they won't ran away & even if they weren't trying to trick her. Also Ren using Varvara's mom as a bargaining chip is a very underhanded move.

I think ren just holding back, she was looking down on Kyouka's power and assuming that one punch is enough, also they ain't allow to kill each other so ren can't just do some One punch man shenanigans

We don't really know how trule strong Ren is. Remember we are talking about a woman who can a perform a high precision artillery strike that one shot a humongous golem from America to Japan

Was Yuuki infused on the sword on all those attacks and thus couldn't do anything to block Ren's attack or does the author think the other member of a 2v1 ceases to exist when two are exchanging blows? Regardless, first they should have brought up Ren's use of prisoners as bargaining chips, if her interest is humanity's well-being then releasing convicts before their due date just for political power it kinda far from it, on the side of corruption actually. And Kyouka should have started the battle attacking and hurting the other chiefs (after talking to them and making sure they can be safely healed) to prove that Ren's babble is just ego and if the gods are planning something they'll be able to kill people like crazy before she reacts. . .

prediction for the next chapter would usually go something like: Chief Ren is able to take over Yuuki with her sheer power and make him fight Kyouka.

Ms. "I'll make you my slave using my slaving ability" vs Ms. "I'll make you my slave regardless"

She has tried that several times, and failed each and every time, resulting in her having to do very embarassing rewards in return. I do not think it's going to happen.

The series is dragging using the flashbacks/fillter scene but since those scenes have "plots" in it so I can't complain 😉.

I also don't like this depending in single person but I will stand by my original guess that author will still make "Ren" win to move the main arc forward.

The "Gods" have plans to make Ren the last human alive! So, in terms of strength and arrogance I don't think FMC can humble her down. She have not even shown her full power and Gods were sure she would be last one standing.

EDIT: I re-read the first chapter and looks like FMC wanting to be commander was mention in that itself 😅 so are we reaching to that conclusion 😆

what im guessing what will happen in the next couple chapters is that she will overpower kyouka and take over some control of lending, but it will be a tug of war between the 2 slave forms, and bc the constantly switching, the form will end swiftly, and both ren and kyouka will have some sort of hybrid/dual punishment. but thats my theory in short details. There might be some moment where yuki gets control on the ren's lending and lands a hit or something.

Nothing you said makes my point invalid though. She's boasting that even holding back kyouka has no chance, and look at that, shes been wounded, forced to use a healing power shes never had to use before, and 1/3 of the time is gone. She's proven kyoukas point that.
