I doubt she’s dead, not like this. This is a consequence for her choice at the very end there though, I feel bad for her, but she knew the consequences, and more than that, she was trained for this.

A moment of weakness can be the deciding factor between life or death, let’s hope she didn’t die from this, otherwise that would be quite the loss of potential, both character wise and story wise.
