Assuming she never let herself get to the age of having menopause she should still have plenty eggs, it's possible she just can't age herself, not really wise to be having kids in such a small body.

I looked up some stuff, and if she never aged past 40, you are almost certainly right, but now I’m in crisis about why that is the way that it is
