Is there a light/web novel for this? If so, could someone answer a question for me? Is there a reason the mc is being a dick here? It's one thing to sell the weapons back, that's whatever. Gotta make money. But then to not tell them that they will require something else to use them...Why wouldn't he just be upfront after selling the weapons back and tell them that they will have to do something for him first before receiving the means to use the weapons.

Maybe my real problem with this mc is that I haven't really gotten a chance to get to know him yet. There has been plenty of world building and action, but not a lot of character development.

every time the MC gave someone a piece of equipment from the original world, they ended up needing additional buff items to be able to use them. Sounds like it's the case here too.

I feel like the MC's character is too... arrogant for me or something. He's flashy, always looks for trouble and seems to like the attention the general people are giving him. Or maybe that Solo Leveling's Sung Jin Woo destroyed me from other webtoons that have the same genre. 😅🤣
