Well it seems it is a kinda of remake of Catastrophic Necromancer? The story is very similar in the beginning... There are some difference like in CN he have a sister? And here it seems he doesn't have... But CN I liked more than that's one...

Blame the (in this case) cursed "follow the raws" rule. This was an actual chapter (now deleted) before ch. 1 was released.
This is what happens when you trust publishers to not be cursed
