I think this is some Planet of the Apes shit: The Elf is from the England of THIS WORLD!
Here is my theory: He didn't Isekai, he time traveled or went to an Alternate Earth (which is technically Isekai) where Elves are the dominant species!

Aint haggis just like sausage since sausage is also made from intestines.

Could be but usually it's just ground meat with some fillers, I doubt you'd have easy time finding sausages that used internal organs and other scraps today as fillings, having the casings made of intestines is probably more common among the traditional makers.

@Sep10trion I mean, what is really the difference between haggis and whatever "meat grind" they put into commercially sold hot dogs anyways ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But on a more serious note, there's a lot of different kinds of sausage-- try preparing bologna, pepperoni, or bratwurst in the common forms of the others and see if they 'feel' remotely the same. 🤔

My hypothesis is that Le Fay is a native from the world they're in, but she spent her childhood and early adulthood in Earth due to a portal (Avalon). Eventually she made it back (probably forced) and misses the place. This fits somewhat well the mythological Avalon, as it has no definite place in the British islands anyway. (As well as the fact she just lumps Brits all together. Also no mentions to chippy or curry.)

On haggis: I'm certain Saburou could pull it out if Le Fay described him how to prepare it - the basis is simple, oatmeal with sheep offal cooked in a sheep stomach, served with mashed potatoes and mashed rutabagas. Getting it right is tough because you need to clean the offal properly and balance it with less strong-tasting meats (e.g. stewing beef), but Saburou kitchen knowledge applies here too, no matter if it's Japanese or Scottish food.

OK. Now I can't read this Lefay character without a Scottish accent.

To be fair, I've had haggis and if he'd made Haggis I'm pretty sure they would have murdered him for it.

British food ?
She's from Scotland not England, so boiling too much almost everything with a lot of mint or putting some greasy fried stuff like fish, fries and chocolate bars in scandale sheet newspapers won't satisfy her...
