MDList privated after followed still shows in "Followed MDLists"

Missed edge case on handling lists that move from public to private. The issue at hand is that you can see a preview of the contents of a list that is now private on your "Followed MDLists"

Requires two accounts to reproduce

1. Account A creates a public MDList list and adds some titles to it
2. Account B follows MDList created by Account A
3. Account B can view followed MDList and titles that are in the MDList
4. Account A sets MDList to private

Expected:

• Account B can no longer view contents of MDList
• MDList no longer shows up as followed MDList for Account B

Actual:

• Account B can open list but list appears empty
• MDList shows up as a followed MDList and is marked as private
