The scantalators don't censor, they don't care enough to go out of their way to do it. The censoring is done by the official publisher so they can post the Raws online without being labeled a porn site.
You want uncensored pics? Either buy the series volumes or wait quietly until someone cares enough to upload them.

Normally you'd be right, but ManwhaFreak are known for censoring things like cleavage. Their excuse being some nonsense about 'DMCA' or something.
Just check their translation of this chapter vs the French and Portuguese translations. Page 34 (33 on french), bottom panel, cleavage whiteout. Page 36 (35 french), more cleavage whiteout. Same thing on pages 37 and 38 etc. It's what they do, but they're also kind of inconsistent.
I remember some fantasy manga about a 'useless' earth magic user noble kid, who gets exiled to the forest of whatever, then turns the village there into a well walled fortress etc*. One of the female characters had prodigious cleavage, but manwhafreak routinely deleted the cleavage line, making it look horrible.
*I think there's like three with this exact plot now.

I know this is a weird time to draw a line the sand, given MC has gleefully slaughtered loads of people, but the levity with which this chapter treats rape means I've gotta drop this. so uh what the fuck is going on? the first demon king has revived, the god of this world is descending onto the world, the dumb cunt minister or whatever that got killed is being punished by god's servant for his coup, and the mc is just chilling and getting some undead princess punani while all this is going on.
