I love how they go about not quite breaking the 4th wall but still breaking it at the same time. In case anyone was interested, Medaka box was originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump. SO Medaka IS the main character of a manga from Weekly Shonen Jump just like they say she is.

That's why Jump didn't push this manga like others, because Nisio just kept punching at Jump's solar plexus.
Btw Kumagawa being the vice was such a perfect choice.
