Based on the following sentence is seems like it's either "The only other person here is someone who loves me." or "Here is the only place where someone loves me." She's contrasting the love she feels in the inconvenient world to the cold cattiness of the heavens. So she seems to be either commenting on the fact that the person around her loves her or the fact that she didn't have anyone who loved her in the heavens. It's a subtle difference, but one is person focused, and the other is place focused.
