I would have thought the same but the MyDramaList listing for the show has people in the comments saying that they have watched it with english subs, but I am not sure where.

The phone call is weird tho. Why would her killer feel empty after the funeral? Plus what her mother said that going back to the past is addicting. Its making me want to think that the killer has the same disease and is likely the MC or his father.
But really, can't he just ask his mother more about it? She won't remember anyway once he returns to the past lol

Yes, it takes a lot more time and effort than a lot of people realize. Especially if it's a group effort with different life schedules and such.
