I think it's missing one chapter between ch4 and 5. Also the number on first page on ch3 imply that it's actually ch2, ch4 is ch3 and ch5 is ch5 part 1. So maybe we're missing a chapter 4.

edit: checked panda and indeed we're missing ch4 here. Also, ch7 part 1 and part 2 is swapped here.
