At least he didn't try to excuse him being a piece of shit by giving him some sob story. It's not as good as giving them a sob story, then still killing them because what they're doing is unforgivably evil, like in Is It Odd That I Became an Adventurer Even If I Graduated From the Witchcraft Institute.

Good point, at least the guy was certifiably, definitely a pos. -trying to make him sympathetic would have been even worse.

This was some nice cliffhanger.
To guys asking how bandit leader wipes after himself, a lot of mammals like dogs, cats, bears and hippos just let it loose and go (or at least wipe it off a tree). But we have to say he really knows how to use the claws well enough that he does not rip his pants when he pulls it off and puts it on again after his business.
