There was a time where anyone who drew anime girls (especially flat / short ones) would get reported and banned even if the art was SFW even though it showed a little skin, but since Bluesky padded out their moderation team, a lot of that has been fixed.
Some of the people I followed got banned, and then unbanned once an actual human looked at what they were posting. The problem was that automated mass-reporting could get people banned for a time because the moderation staff was really small.
Blueksy has a very liberal lean. Not as much as Mastodon (which is constant left on left arguing and social violence) and the issue with that is that many high strung liberals hate any even seemingly suggestive art of women but have no problem with sexy guys with little to no clothing at all.
Thankfully they're a vocal minority that Bluesky's moderation team is increasingly refusing to cater to, so they're not able to censor stuff as much as they used to. Don't get me wrong, I'm part of the moderate left myself, but some parts of the left (especially the far left) isn't much better than the far right.
It's the whole "Horshoe theory of politics" and all. Where extremists' positions on the left and right don't get further away after a point, but bend around and get closer to each other without quite touching, like the curving inward tips of a horseshoe.
