I had a bit of a hard time figuring out the exposition of this chapter.

@Kachakali Basically Isshin was showing Haruyama the fundamentals of his eye ability, that which allows him to see lifespans. Even though he can see lifespans, it's not like his eye ability can 100% tell when (at what time precisely) and how the person he is looking at will die. He goes through that in this chapter.
