It's a fun manga. The premise is interesting, and the characters have distinct designs and are likable, as 2D as they can be sometimes. The art can get a little crowded sometimes, and the motivations are a little extremely nonsensical at times, but it's still great mindless fun. It's like it's built off of excessiveness and doing whatever the fuck the mangaka wants. Want a fanservice? Let's turn the two male leads into women for a chapter so they can swim their way through breasts and butts! The hero needs to do aggravating things so he can be the "antagonist" of this manga? Well now he's a huge asshole who just happens to do good things along the way. You need to show how close the protagonists are? Have one of them wash the piss out of the other's pants (no but for reals, the mangaka added so much of the fujo checklist between the two that they looped back around and have the best bromance I've seen in ages).
Point is, I don't see this winning many awards for story or characters or something, but it's a goddamn fun manga if you don't think too hard about it. It's pretty clear that it's the mangaka's first serialization, what with the pacing and such, but they've got potential
