Just in the prev chapter I wrote about how naively I think, that I "expect the bandits to have a good side to them, so the MC won't have to kill them" -- and then I revert right back to it immediately.
God damn, some things are hard to change.

P.S: That being said, I feel like if she dropped her bow almost immediately, and tried to parley right then and there in a calm way, there may had been a path for her to survive. I mean, her alignment wasn't "evil", so if she "was smart about it", perhaps she could've been a Vegeta here.
