The rest of it aside, I love how the uncle sentenced a six-year-old to five years of isolation
Like he's so old and he's so used to only dealing with multi-hundreds-of-years-old people that it doesn't even occur to him that that span of time largely isolated from everyone doing nothing would completely destroy an actual six-year-old, cripple their emotional development and leave them scarred for life?
