...God, the amount less-awkward this could have been made by raising the nominal age of the protagonist by even just one single year. Preferably like 3 tho.

It's an older series now and different groups worked on it and I presume some of them explicitly didn't want to upload to mangadex. You can find copies of OneShotScan's translation of that particular stretch of missing chapters elsewhere, though.
