@neiT720 antidepressants and mood stabilizers according to earlier pages and name drops. What she was doing is actually all too common- where a patient just stops taking their meds. Often because they "feel better" and decide they don't need them anymore or that they'll take them when they start feeling down; or because they think they aren't working quickly enough. Unfortunately that's just not how these types of drugs work- they can take months to build up and start balancing out your brain chemistry to a degree where there is a noticeable change. Speaking from experience here.
Ok this is both adorable and hard to read for me. I remember taking all sort of meds for a few years but all they did was make me sicker. Thats not to say meds are not good but for me they didnt work.
