So apparently, this is just Day 10 of this series split into 7 chapters. It seems days 1-9 of Menhera Gyaru Will Confess in 10 Days are being worked on by another group and for some reason, being uploaded on the prequel page instead of here.

I wonder if this should just be renamed to Menhera Gyaru Will Confess in 10 Days (Day 10) instead. If the chapters for the actual Days 1-9 are uploaded here, chapter renumbering is probably in order...

Can't edit my previous post, so I'll just say I now agree with the idea that there should only be one entry page for this story, it doesn't make much sense to separate the two arcs into two "series".

This is more like "Divorced Crybaby Neighbor" in that respect, where two arcs are not separated into two entry pages but treated like two volumes of one series.
