I honestly really respect Itoshi for being so honest. Growing up without parental figures and trying to raise your own child, that's a lot to ask of anyone. Pair that with the fact that he's still in the process of growing up mentally, I can understand why he feels the way that he does. I'm sure that the two of them will eventually have children, Itoshi will learn just how great of a father he is even if Tsumugi has to go through hurdles to convince him. I wish these two luck!

This stung my heart a little.... I understand Itoshi's perspective a lot. I've had an abusive parent and grew up in a dysfunctional family. I vowed to not be a parent because I don't want mistakes repeating again from that parent as in "breaking the cycle."
