Yeah no need to put everything in quotes. Also you should probably spend a bit more time cleaning up so there's not a bunch of blotches on the speech bubbles.

it's probably mtl/using a tool? saw some series on another site that also put everything in quotes

i'm not sure how you'd have the raw have the chapter if the 'official' isn't released yet but i don't think there's any rules against posting any kinda tl as long as you aren't paywalling/charging for it
