I really enjoy this manga. Will shows quality of ruler by actually helping those in need even enemies and you can tell if nothing else they would at least respect him even as an enemy.

I'll be surprised if it doesnt, it is the closest thing to a canon ship that the game has. Then again, it is developed in free time scenes, which this manga seems to be skipping in favor of the main plot.
