I'm really confused. I thought originally this girl (the twin sister he's known for a while, not this actual one) was a regular person? Wasn't she almost pimped out to a small time movie director just for a verbal guarantee he'd put her in a movie 'sometime'?

Now author's just tossing in a twin, and some background about her family being a part of the heavens faction? WTF???

I don't mind the twin, but powerful family? Sure it's possible and does happen where someone wants to distance themselves from their family's influence to make it on their own BUT she'd not bring it up to JB this entire time... at least I think so.
