I just want to point out that it would be super easy for him to make carbonated drinks by himself on that station. Just buy some CO2 and a pressurized container, put some cold juice in there, funnel the CO2 into it, pressurize, shake, put it in a fridge for a few hours, done. All of that has to be available for very cheap (not that it matters cause he's super rich). Even if he's incompetent and can't do it himself for some reason, there's probably someone on that station with the know-how and equipment to do it if he just explained what he wants. He definitely doesn't need to go to a planet to get it.

I'm pretty sure the carbonation issue on a space station would be safety related, not physics related.

1st is how an accident at a liquid CO2 production facility would kill a lot more people on a space station than on earth.

2nd would be people going into space having as little bad gasses in their bloodstream as possible. Even pilots who only fly as high as an SR-71 had pressure suits and needed to have the nitrogen in their blood reduced to prevent their blood boiling.
