Look man, it's hard to reconcile just how much stuff you can produce with habitats/orbital farms with relatable resource scarcity. If orbital food production is on the table for you anyone starving or needing 'nutrient paste'-esque diets requires such gargantuan logistical failure it stretches credul-... oh, no, wait, that's completely realistic.
