They play with each other a lot in bed and in the bath in the novel. I think the translation called it lovey dovey time. Basically everything except penetration - that doesn't happen until:

The tiger girl shortly after where the manga is now. The casino completes his contract to give her a place to gamble as much as she wants.
None of this is described in detail. More of a fade to black to the next morning.
He doesn't get as far with Girasole, though it's pretty clear most of the girls wouldn't mind if he tried. For example they go on an underwater adventure using amulets (maybe rings? I don't recall) which transform them into merfolk (lower half of body into fish). The leader of Girasole forgets that she's not wearing anything below the waist when she takes her amulet off, giving MC a perfect view of her nether regions. He loudly shouts thanking god for blessing him with that sight. She's a bit embarrassed, but doesn't really mind.
He also gets cocky enough to make a pass at a goddess. He's still pretty wimpy, but nowhere near as bad as in the manga.
