alright I call cap on what okuyama just said. How would he even know how fast takumi really was. He lasted literally like three corners and then saw takumi use the bullshit zone to teleport away. The only other way would be looking at his rally days, but as kai and the other announcers said during the first race takumi was only decent on dirt and to my knowledge there aren't many fully tarmac rally stages where he could show his true skill. So, in conclusion, BULLSHIT.
