idk, Kubera had an arc where the mc wasn't even involved. Though that's because every character in Kubera is the hero of their own story so they could swap protagonists like that. If these last couple of chapters proved anything, it's that this doesn't have any interesting stories without XiXi.

Dunno, I think the reason people aren't liking this arc is just because update speed is otherworldly slow. I have seem a lot of disliked while release arcs that people who binged later loved before... o3o

Guess I'll be reading this one after a sweet long while...
