Waiting for User [Miao Shou Xian Dan] chapter renumbering

Most of Miao Shou Xian Dan chapters have decimal numbering, which is probably from the KuaiKan raws while the other chapters with non-decimal numbering were probably from the other two raws (u17 and manman).

Since u17 is down since I started working on this (it had non-decimal numbering) and KuaiKan has decimal numbering, the non-decimal chapters should be renumbered to the decimal numbering of KuaiKan.

TL;DR: unfuck the fucked numbering.
