... This MMC is an idiot. Not because he's tricking her into a relationship (though I think there's a 50% chance it'll backfire spectacularly), but because he was afraid of her ratting him out. Like, she has a lot more to lose from police involvement, so the last thing she'd want to do is draw their attention. This could still go a number of different ways, and I'm strapped in for the ride. I feel like this is one of those cases where the MC´s problem would actually be easy to solve if he wasn´t an idiot and stopped to think for five seconds.

Yeah, if she got her memories back she could rat you out.. but, you also got dirt on her, in fact, what you got on her is much worse than what she got on you, so this a mutually assured destruction situation where she has more to lose than him.
