A quick translation note I wanted to talk about, since it was too long to fit as a footnote: On page 88 Mamezo calls Tabanus クソバエ. This refers to a greenbottle fly, but this specific colloquialism translates to "shit eater". The usual term for a greenbottle fly is キンバエ.
