Yeah I think in the end Tonegawa's right. Whatever you choose you can easily consider the right choice in the future, or you could regret it. The path you didn't choose is too full of unknowns for you to ever say "I know for sure this was the right move". It all comes down to your attitude.
But as someone who's worked for startups before... don't get suckered in by the perks lol. If they make an environment "so nice you want to live there", it usually means they expect you to live there!
