His sister is batcrap insane. She gave a 10-year-old girl advice on how to seduce her 17-year-old brother, then gave her a porno mag when it didn't work. And a few chapters ago, she dumped Seiji and Midori at a mad scientist's house. And I think she was actually sober both times.

I was going to say that the cat cosplay was a reference to Dejiko from Di Gi Charat but it doesn't have the bells on the head, so I guess it's just regular cat cosplay. (Page 10)

Some ppl may find her amusing, but I do not care for the big sister. Her being an agent of chaos is nice in concept, but the execution is terrible.
Her debut appearance had her inviting her gang members to Seiji’s house without his consent which led to said gang beating him up. She also brought him to a mad scientist who tried to AMPUTATE him (also without his consent) multiple times. And now she tries getting a 10-year old girl to seduce her 17-year old brother and then giving said minor a PORN MAGAZINE!!!
