They probably have different personalities, she did mention one of them liked ramen so they probably act differently when guarding her.

Imagine being such a W father that after you die, you keep guarding your family together with your demon-horse-dog-thing, and you do it so well that your whole house has an aura and spirits just straight up avoid it.

If you ignore some nuances, you can easily read this manga as a metaphor for the fact that every person periodically needs to plunge into solitude and be alone with themselves.

I know it would be a pretty big evolution of the premise, but I do wonder if we'll ever get to the point where Miko can do stuff on her own like the other three. Maybe more in line with Seto's thing with having spirits at her command.

She has far and away the strongest sight so it seems like she'd have a lot of potential.

In an alternate/future timeline where Miko could tell people about the spirits and be believed, she'd actually have a solid battle shounen lineup here.

The one who can see everything, her elite bodyguards, the stalker with a crush and her guardian spirit, the Devourer, the B-tier overeager sidekick, and three mentor-types with extremely clashing personalities.
