@PTRB: Not exactly. The chapter says that "Wolken" was another guy eight years ago, Benetnasch Eta, which is the one M.H. remembers. But that one died, and Tenkawa inherited of sorts the identity of "Wolken". M.H., none the wiser, thinks that the current "Wolken" is the same one of eight yeras ago, not Tenkawa. It's not only the problem with secret identities, but also of legacy identities.

Though if he is "one of the seven phantom knights" it gives an anchor to timeline.
