Only this manga where everytime a new chapter drops instead of me being happy, I feel devastated knowing it could be much worse than the last chapter, and so on. But I can't stop reading it

she's pretty much mii chan though, mentally disabled like her and without a stable family to support her. the grandma is the real culprit who decided her kids and grandkids should stay hidden rather than stand out as different by society

I would guess the mangaka feels like everybody shares a bit of the blame. The grandma seems to be genuinely trying to help (guessing that Mii would go to junior high/middle school, getting things ready) - presumably thinking, rightly or wrongly, that what the family has is better than the parents being locked up for committing incest and their daughter thrown into care...? And I'm guessing the "I was left alone after the divorce" thing is at least partly a nod to how horrendously Japanese society treated women sometimes, back then. But obviously, yeah, I'm not going to fault anyone for being furious over the "Don't mention the D-word!" stuff - fear of being ostracised is not an excuse for basically helping to set up what happens in the future in this story.

And Muu's mother seems to be far more invested in her child's wellbeing/a bit less prey to social pressure, but still ultimately too worried about the wrong things to make the right choices. (I couldn't see any search results in English in the first page or so that were talking about "shower of words" as something related to education, so I'm guessing either it was a Japanese thing, something that got debunked/fell out of favour pretty quickly, or both.)

Well, this was an interesting read... but then I just realized it is tagged as erotica, so I will prolly drop it before we reach the point the erotica-tag was added for. Don't feel like I will be comfortable with a genre-pivot like that, considering what it is currently about. Even a proper sex scene or two would have been off-putting for this, but it becoming actual erotica? nah.

Shame though, as I really wanted to find out how she dies. Could anyone spoiler me on it?

There's no sex scene so far, even in the latest chapter where she's raped at school it isn't explicitly shown.

Yeah I saw such a news page in an earlier panel, but it didn't specify who and why and what. Though unlike the one you mention, the one from before only mentioned "stimulant", and did not specify the actual substance (neither as being meth nor aphrodisiac), so with that clarification from the future article at least makes it more likely to relate to her bfs/clients.

I know there wasn't any sex scenes so far, since I read to this chapter Was talking about dropping before it reaches the genre-shift to smut, in future, untranslated, chapter.
ps: something isn't erotica just cause it has a sex scene. So even though it hasn't happened yet, the tag tells us that more than merely sex/nudity is planned to occur by whomever (likely author or publisher) gave it that tag. Had it only been a couple scenes, I would possibly still have continued reading (or maybe not. actually uncertain).

But thanks for the spoiler too bad the story hasn't reached the reveal yet so there is little to actually spoil

IANAL. Incest is not technically illegal in Japan as long as all parties are have reached the age of consent. It's social suicide, of course. What is illegal is incestuous marriage. This is also true in Ohio (as long as one participant is not a parental figure), New Jersey, and Rhode Island. (Snopes and Wikipedia say that incest is not a crime in OH, NJ and RI. LegalClarity Rhode Island says that it is a felony in RI. Again, IANAL.)
