Honestly this manga has been alright for awhile but as many may say, this arc just sucks past character development, like the chairwoman who i bet isn't even the mastermind is being cartoonistly evil besides the laughter on kids is insane.

As a comment pointed out awhile ago, the geniuses literally have their own rights to refuse and take action. But they don't and now this. This doesn't motivate me to hate her or like this arc, instead it's just a series of unnecessary drama because we need more eyes.

You're just the chairman; not even the parents have that kind of right. 'You will each perform on a solo stage at the festival.' They are celebrities; you cannot decide their schedule behind their backs. Again, you are the chairman, not their parents or their agent. The whole situation could have been resolved by informing their father about the chairman's actions and leaking the harassment to the press.
