Just searching the keywords "full-body onahole" or "torso onahole" will show you a large amount of products ranging all kind of prices and with claims like "real touch", "**** smell", 1/1 ratio (insert age here), etc. Of course, people also use high quality parts for costume parties, cos/crossplay, pranks and shows. As they say, just name a price and you'll have it.

Nope. HRT can have quite massive effects on breast size. It varies by person

You pretty much get a normal breast growth. It can often feel smaller though, as AMAB people often have larger rib cages (and cup size is measured in the difference between underbust and overbust).

For example; I'm UK36DD without surgery, which is a perfectly normal bra size even for cis women (actually it's the average in the UK).
