Mikudex

So I got a surprise mikudex pop up(an image of Miku Nakano suddenly appeared where it showed the logo of mangadex but miku version) while reading a manga so has anybody experience it and how do you do that again?

We need a sister for each direction. Miku on Right, Best Girl in top, Nino on Left, Yatsoba(forgive my spelling) bottom. Not sure how to do 5th direction. Maybe if you zoom in.

Just so people who stumble upon the Mikudex thing got even more confused.
